LDCA COLOUR BLAST IS A HUGE HIT

On Saturday March 4th, more than 1,100 people gathered on the beach in front of the Endeavour Tavern to take part in the second Lancelin Colour Blast run by the LDCA. About 50 townsfolk and holiday makers headed to Lancelin Bay on Saturday Dec 4th to take part in the Lancelin Mannequin Challenge. Lancelin was establish in the mid forties as a hub for the cray fishing industry.  This was the first pub to be built and it stood at the very northern end of the town.  It was known as the Inn back in 1954 when it opened, today it’s called the Lancelin Beach Hotel.
